What to Expect During Your Sauna Session

Your infrared sauna session at Attain is designed to be a relaxing, restorative experience. Here's what you can expect:

Before Your Session:

  • Hydrate well. We recommend drinking water before, during, and after your session to stay properly hydrated and support detoxification.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. Most clients wear a swimsuit or workout-style clothing, or use a towel wrap. We’ll provide clean towels for your comfort and convenience.
  • Remove lotions and makeup. Clean skin allows for better infrared absorption and maximizes the benefits.

During Your Session:

  • You’ll step into our private Sunlighten infrared sauna, designed with calming lighting and customizable temperature controls.
  • Sessions typically last 30 to 40 minutes, depending on your comfort level and pre-set choice.
  • You’ll begin to feel a gentle, deep warmth that promotes sweating, muscle relaxation, and a calming sense of well-being.
  • Feel free to listen to music, meditate, or simply enjoy the quiet.

After Your Session:

  • You may continue to sweat for a few minutes as your body cools down.
  • Take time to rest, rehydrate, and gently wipe off sweat with a towel.
